- Olio 50g
- Lievito di birra 25g
- Sale 10g
PER CONDIRE:
- Passata di pomodoro q.b.
- Pomodori pelati q.b.
- Olio
- Sale
PROCEDIMENTO:
Fare la fontana con la farina e disporre al centro il lievito sbriciolato. Sciogliere il lievito con un pò d’aqua tiepida.
Continuare a prendere dai bordi la farina ed unire poco per volta il sale, l’olio e l’acqua, fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido.
Fare tante palline quante pizze si vogliono ottenere e lievitare a campana coperte da una ciotola.
Far lievitare per 2 ore abbondanti.
Trascorso questo tempo stendere con il mattarello la pasta senza lavorarla ulteriormente. trasferire nella teglia di cottura e condire con la mozzarella ed i pomodori pelati.
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 250° per circa 10/15 minuti o fino al grado di cottura desiderato.
